We are enjoying our last Friday night at home as a family of 4! Actually, we spent the evening at Costco stocking up on the essentials while eating pizza and churros. Now we are home and me and my neighbor are playing GH3 on the Wii while everyone else is nextdoor playing who knows what.
The big day is Monday...so not too much longer and we will become the 5 Richs! We go to the hospital Monday morning! The big news for today, besides it being my last day at work because of my 3 weeks paternity leave, was my surprise. Today I was summoned to SMS for a "computer emergency." Well, when I arrived to the room in question, I was totally surprised to find a huge table full of baby stuff...for me!!! Lots of the teachers and staff gave us a TON of diapers, wipes, some really cute clothes and an awesome bib that says "Later, I'm Downloading." How great is that for techie's baby?! Just check out the picture...that's the back seat of my car full of the loot! I am really blessed to have such an amazing, generous and kind group of colleagues! Thanks ya'll!
So now we are just going to enjoy the rest of the weekend. If the weather stays nice I might try and get in one last "pre-Lanie" bike ride.
